Standard delivery Usually takes 3-5 working days (weekdays excluding public holidays). 48 hour delivery Available for selected products. These will be delivered within 2 working days (weekdays excluding public holidays).

If your order has been placed using a credit card, your address change request may be denied due to security reasons.
An order can be cancelled instantly from this tracking page before it is collected from the supplier. The cancel button will be enabled only during this period.
Any cancellation requests after this period has passed should be sent to our Customer Service Hotline and will be handled on a case by case basis.
Processing Your order has been received and we have requested the supplier to deliver it to our Operations Center. Preparing Shipment Your order has reached our Operations Center and is being packed to be handed over to the Delivery Agent. Shipped Your order has been collected by the Delivery Agent and is on its way to you.
