Return Policy - amanté

We have a very easy, hassle-free returns policy. If you are not entirely satisfied with your amanté purchase, you may return it for a prompt credit coupon. Simply return unworn, unwashed merchandise with all tags attached in the original box packing within 7 days of delivery for an exchange. You will be issued a credit coupon only for the item(s) you are returning. This coupon can be used for a future purchase on Takas.lk for any amanté product.

 

What are the items/services that I cannot return?

 

Following are our returns guidelines:

1. Due to the intimate nature and hygienic standards of certain items, we regret that it is not possible for us to accept returns on briefs, swimwear, shapewear, hosiery, or any lingerie set that includes a brief. If these items are returned to Takas.lk they will be sent back to you at your expense.

2. Gift cards are non-returnable and can't be exchanged for cash.

3. Gift box charges won't be refunded if goods are returned. Also, any replacements you've asked for won't be gift boxed.

4. Products that are sold as packs cannot be returned as individual items.

5. Items on special or season promotions and stock clearance. The no return policy will be mentioned in the product tab in such cases.

6. In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it's obvious that the item has been worn, washed or soiled.

7. Takas.lk reserves the right of refusal for any item that it considers infringes the above guidelines.

 

How do I return something?

 

Check that the items you're intending to return meet our returns guidelines (stated above).

Then follow these instructions to request a return:

Step 1: Put the item(s) you intend to return along with the original invoice, product tags and product packaging in a shipping box.

Step 2: Seal the box securely with a tape.

Step 3: Call us on 011-7782527 to check if a pick-up is available in your area or not. Takas.lk provides free reverse pick up facility in only cases of wrong or defective products delivered by Takas.lk or you feel your consignment has been tampered with during transit.

In case your reason to return is none of the above, follow step 4.

In case you are returning a product for any of the above mentioned reasons, our logistics partner will come and pick up your returns box.

Step 4: Send us the packed box through your preferred courier service. Ensure that the following address is securely pasted on the returns box -

Step 5: Once you have shipped the box, send us an email at support@takaslk.com to inform us about the returns shipment. Please include your original order ID number in the email.

We will notify you via e-mail of your refund within 10 working days of receiving your courier.

 

Is pick-up facility available in my area?

 

We offer pick-up facility within our free delivery area (Colombo 1-15)

Please note that Takas.lk provides reverse pick up facility in only cases of wrong or defective products delivered by Takas.lk or you feel your consignment has been tampered with during transit.

 

My city is not in the pick-up facility list, what should I do?

 

If your city is not mentioned in the list, please send us your packed returns box through your preferred courier service. Ensure that the following address is securely pasted on the returns box –

Once you have shipped the box, send us an email at support@takaslk.com to inform us about the returns shipment. Please include your original order ID number, Way Bill Number & the respective courier for the returned Consignment.

 

Who pays for return shipping?

 

If you are returning a purchase for a credit, you are responsible for the return shipping and to ensure that the products reach us in good condition. We will process your return within 10 working days of receiving your shipment. Our quality team will check the products to ensure they comply with our returns guidelines. We will then notify you with your coupon code.

In the unlikely event that we have inadvertently sent you incorrect merchandise or you received damaged merchandise. If you have received a tampered box please notify us immediately. We will reimburse you for the cost of returning the package to us, and we will not charge you for the shipping costs of replacing the merchandise.

 

You have delivered a wrong/damaged product to me and I want to return it.

 

We’re really sorry that we sent a wrong or damaged product to you. We assure you, this rarely happens! Do give us a call on 011-7782527, and if we’re able to provide a pick-up service in your area, we will pick-up the product you wish to return and issue a credit coupon to you for the original product that you had ordered. Pick-up will be done in 2-4 working days from the time request for pick-up has been raised.

In case you require a refund, we will process your request once the product has been picked-up by our logistics team and is received at our warehouse.

If we’re not able to provide pick-up facility in your area, we request you to securely pack the products you wish to return and send the package to this address –

We will issue a credit coupon of up to Rs.100 towards courier charges that you may have had to bear.

 

I ordered the wrong size, and I want an exchange.

 

Firstly, please ensure that the product you wish to exchange follows our returns guidelines. Then give us a call on 0117782527.

Step 1: Put the item(s) you intend to exchange along with the original invoice, product tags and product packaging in a shipping box.

Step 2: Seal the box securely with an adhesive tape and send us the packed box through your preferred courier service to the following address -

Once we receive your courier, we will issue a coupon for the value of the product Coupon for Free Shipping on your next order!

If we do not have your right size, we will issue a credit coupon to you. You can use this coupon to purchase any other product from the website.

Please note we do not have a provision to refund courier charges in case of exchange due to wrong size ordered.

 

I don’t like the product I’ve ordered.

Once we receive your courier, we will issue you a coupon for the value of your returned item.

 

How is the value of credit calculated?

 

The value of your credit coupon is calculated as value of the item(s) returned minus any Discount Voucher, Shipping and Cash on Delivery charges if applicable. Please allow us up to 10 working days from date we receive for your return shipment to process the credit coupon. Initial shipping fees are not refundable.

 

How are returns calculated if multiple items have been bought using a discount voucher?

 

When a discount voucher is used in a transaction, the value of the discount gets split proportionately across all items on the order, according to value of the items. For example, if you’ve purchased one item worth Rs.300 and one item worth Rs.100, and used a discount voucher of Rs.50, then 75% of the voucher value (Rs 37.5) gets applied to the Rs.300 item, and 25% (Rs12.5) to the item that is Rs.100.

 

Can I return promotional merchandise?

 

Sorry, you cannot return or exchange free gifts or promotional merchandise that you might have received from Takas.lk as part of our marketing promotions.

 

Can I return a gift?

 

If you received a product as a gift from loved ones and need to return it for an alternate size, please follow our returns guidelines. You can exchange the gift for a credit coupon that will be issued to you. Please note that the products are to be returned at your own expense.
